Shipping & Delivery

You must set up how your products reach the customer.

Defaults​

  • Default Product Weight: Set an average weight (e.g., 500g). This is used to calculate shipping costs if you forget to add a weight to a specific product.

Delivery Methods​

You can choose between Government Post and Private Couriers.

  1. SL Post (Speed Post):

    • Enable the toggle switch.
    • Rates are calculated automatically using the 2025 SL Post Weight Table. You don't need to set prices manually!

  2. Private Couriers:

    • Click + Add Courier to add services like Prompt, Domex, or Certis.
    • You can set custom rates for these providers.

Requirement

You must enable at least one shipping method. Otherwise, customers cannot checkout.
